Q. Are your courses designed only for those who want to specialize in both lashes & brows? What if I only wanted to specialize in one like, brows?
A. This program was designed with student flexibility in mind. You can specialize in one or both.
Q. Will you be teaching us one-on-one?
A. This is a small intimate lash lift & tint course with a cap at 4 students. The majority of this training is group focused, however, you will have one on one periods during the practical training day.
Q. With the accompanied lash lift & tint online course is it a set period of access?
A. You will only have 1 year instant access to the online training and all updates to these trainings that take place within this period.
Q. Will I just get my certification automatically when I sign up for the course?
A. No. You will be given a certificate of completion at the end of the day along with a champagne toast . Certification happens after when you provide examples of your work and go through a knowledge test. The details are provided when you officially sign up for the course and gain access to the student portal.
Q. What happens when I complete my certification?
A. You will be sent a digital copy of your certification.
Q. What is you refund policy?
A. Unfortunately, under no circumstances do we offer refunds on online or in-person courses.
Q. What if I have an issue products or services - Do you offer refunds?
A. We do not offer refunds on any work or products. If there is an issue you have a 3 day window to contact the studio and you must include an image of your lashes or brows and concern about the product. We will discuss coming in to rectify the issue but it must be within the first 72 hrs of the service. All products are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.
