Q. Are your courses designed only for those who want to specialize in both lashes & brows? What if I only wanted to specialize in one like, Lashes?
A. This program was designed with student flexibility in mind. You can specialize in one or both.
Q. I learn x,y,z services how does this set me apart from the rest?
A. Offering a variety of services within a service gives you the opportunity to increase your income and appeal to a wider audience.
Q. Will you be teaching us one-on-one?
A. Not exactly. This is a self-study program that you complete at your own pace. All videos are pre-recorded and you will receive a digital manual.
Q. We get a professional starter kit when we sign up for the program. Do we have to pay shipping costs?
A. No, your shipping is free when you sign up for the course. Once your payment is received and processed you will be sent a tracking number for your package and you can track your kit.
Q. What happens if we do not receive the shipment?
A. Once you receive the tracking number any communication regarding the package will be between you and the shipping company. If your package is lost or stollen this is a matter you will work out with the shipper. You will not be sent a replacement package.
Q. Will you be providing professional products outside of the free starter kit?
A. No, not at this time but I will direct you to where you can purchase - People are diverse and your professional products should be as well so I’m teaching you to work with the best in the industry. I’m choosing to focus my energy in developing superior lash & brow education.
Q. Is this all access to all programs or just the online course or courses I purchase?
A. You only have access to the training that you purchase.
Q. Will I just get my certification automatically when I sign up for the course?
A. No. You will need to provide examples of your work and go through a knowledge test. The details are provided when you officially sign up for the course and gain access to the student portal.
Q. What happens at the end of my one year?
A. You will no longer have access to the program or course manuals. This is designed to help you stick with the program.
Q. What is you refund policy?
A. Unfortunately, under no circumstances do we offer refunds on online or in-person courses. Once purchase you will maintain access for 1 yr after this period has expired you will no longer have access to the purchased program.
Q. What happens when I complete my certification?
A. You will be sent a digital copy of your certification.
